Hanson Dodge Creative Wins 2014 Paragon Award for Excellence in Media Relations Program with Koss Fit Series

Hanson Dodge Creative (HDC) was named the recipient of the 2014 Southeastern Wisconsin Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Paragon Award for Media Relations for their work on the Koss Fit Series Campaign in 2013.

HDC’s work with the Koss Corporation earned an Excellence Award, the highest program category available. The Public Relations (PR) Division at HDC was honored at the Paragon Award Luncheon on Tuesday, June 3 at the Hilton City Center in Milwaukee.

During the course of the 2013 campaign with the Koss Corporation, HDC’s PR Team helped secure national media exposure for the Koss Fit Series, including more than 180 stories generating some 115 million media impressions. Placements included stories in The New York Times, USA Today, ABC News and Cosmopolitan Magazine.

“To be honored by your peers is always an honor,” said Matt Braun, director of public relations at HDC. “We’re proud of what we were able to accomplish for the Koss Corporation in helping elevate exposure for their new Fit Series line last year. It was a story and product that resonated with media across the nation, and we’re pleased to share this moment with our friends at Koss.

The PRSA Paragon Awards are the annual awards presented to organizations in Southeastern Wisconsin by the local PRSA chapter. A full list of this year’s recipients can be found here.
